'Maniac' Gets A Cannes Trailer

The Cannes teaser trailer for Franck Khalfoun's upcoming remake of William Lustig's Maniac is now online and you can check out the video here. Starring Elijah Wood and Nora Arnezeder, the film boasts a script from Alexandre Aja, focusing on a schizoid serial killer who randomly stalks and kills various young women in New York, which he sees as revenge for the mistreatment he got while being raised by his own abusive mother.
