The first trailer for the much-delayed, highly anticipated adaptation of Max Brook's best-selling novel, World War Z, has risen. Starring Brad Pitt, World War Z is directed by German filmmaker Marc Forster, the man behind Monster's Ball, Finding Neverland, Stranger Than Fiction, The Kite Runner and Quantum of Solace. Based on Brooks' novel World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War, the story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.
