Pulp Releases New Version Of "After You"
Pulp capped
off a triumphant year of reunion touring with a homecoming show at
Motorpoint Arena in Sheffield, England, followed by sets on the S.S. Coachella.
And yesterday, they released a Christmas Day surprise: a new studio
recording of an old demo, "After You", recorded with none other than James Murphy. "After You"
was partly written over a decade ago, but never finished, and never
officially released. This version was recorded in November by the band,
then finished with Murphy in London and while on the Coachella cruise. You can stream it here. (pitchfork)
