Touted as the “highest performing street-legal electric vehicle ever made,” the Mission
RS Motorcycle aims to attract a field of riders who not only desire top
performance but also a totally sustainable machine. This revolutionary
two-wheeler is designed to match the aesthetics of Mission’s e-power
bike that blew its competition out of the water at 2011’s FIM/TTXGP
e-power race at Laguna Seca in California. The RS is powered by the
company’s InfiniteDrive powertrain that delivers over 160hp, a sub
3-second 0-60 time, a top speed of 150 mph, and a range of 140 miles.
Further enhancements include Ohlins FGRT forks, BST carbon fiber wheels,
and a 7-inch, internet-connected touchscreen that offers turn-by-turn
directions, an integrated HD camera with telemetry overlay, wireless HUD
integration and much more. With only 40 available, the Mission RS
Motorcycle comes with a very appropriate price tag of $56,500 USD,
especially when one considers it is both eco-friendly and
technologically intelligent. (hypebeast)
