Designed by Marc Newson, Montblanc M expresses today's modernity and timeless elegance of the future. The new model gets a matte black finish, which is created using the Montblanc's signature resin and is then sand-blasted to give it a stealthy appearance. They've also added a couple of new details such as a pop of color with orange ring that contrasts beautifully with the matte finish and a magnet on the "plateau" end of the pen to secure the cap during writing.
