Commodore 64 Mini Console Announced
After Nintendo’s NES Classic Edition sold out everywhere upon release
last week, a mini version of the Commodore 64 is set to arrive in stores
sometime early 2018. The throwback console is being released by Retro Games and comes hot
on the heels of Nintendo’s success with the aforementioned NES and SNES
classic. With its retro casing, it looks exactly like the original
system — except that it’s 50 percent smaller. A larger keyboard can be
plugged into the USB port. On the software front, the C64 boasts titles like California Games,
Speedball 2: Brutal Deluxe and Paradroid. There are 64 games in total,
Look out for the Commodore 64 mini arriving in stores next year. (highsnobiety)
