Mühle Glashütte Sea-Timer BlackMotion Watch

Mühle Glashütte’s new Sea-Timer BlackMotion features a double anti-glare sapphire crystal and a solid screw-in crown with extra side protection. PVD is used to coat the case of the watch in multiple layers of titanium carbide (TiC). This multi-layer technique provides a surface as black as night, as well as extremely resistant layer thicknesses and increased hardness of the stainless-steel case. Water resistant to 300 meters, the watch comes on an equally dark textile strap. The jet-black strap is made of water-resistant fibers with a wearer-friendly layer of comfortable and non-irritable rubber. The Sea-Timer BlackMotion can be flexibly adjusted using its robust pin buckle, meaning that it can even be worn over a wetsuit. The watch features high-contrast white hour indices with a matt black design for improved readability. The watch runs on an SW 200-1 Mühle version movement regulated in six different positions and set to ensure accuracy values of between 0 and a maximum of +8 seconds per day. The watch will be on show at Baselworld 2019. (watchuseek)
