Launching in 2020, Pininfarina announces the most powerful road-legal
car designed and built in Italy, the Battista. The all-electric
hypercar will have 1,900 hp and will get from 0-62 in less than two
seconds and can achieve a top speed of over 217 mph. The all-electric
powertrain was developed in collaboration with Rimac and will be able to
travel up to 279 miles on a single charge from its 120 kWh lithium-ion
battery pack. It will also feature an all-wheel-drive system with
torque vectoring, carbon ceramic six-piston brakes, custom Pirelli
tires with 21-inch wheels, a full carbon fiber monocoque structure, and
DC fast charging capability. Only 150 Battistas will be built and each
and every single one of them will be hand-crafted at Pininfarina's
