Nod Gesture Control Ring

Our technology needs are increasingly shifting from a desktop environment to mobile, and a start-up based out of Mountain View, California, has introduced a new product to navigate this emerging terrain. That company is called Nod Labs, and the innovation takes the form of a wearable ring simply named Nod. The Bluetooth-enabled wearable device allows the user to communicate with other devices through gesture-based controls (absent Bluetooth capability, you can connect the ring to your smartphone, which will then connect to the device via Wi-Fi). Available for pre-order now at $149. (freshnessmag)
