Alfa Romeo has
released the first official photos with the production version of the
4C. Initial speculation points to speed capabilities of 0-62 mph (0-100
km/h) in around 4.5 seconds – before the car hits an
electronically-limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h) – and power
derived from 1.8 liter four-cylinder turbo engine with 237 hp. Its
chassis is made entirely from carbon fiber for lightness and rigidity,
while the car is less than 13 feet long with a wheelbase of 7.8 feet.
Debuting next month in Geneva, pricing should begin from €56,000-€64,000
EUR (approximately $76,400-$87,300 USD) with production commencing this
summer at Maserati’s Modena plant. (hypebeast)
