Cape Town-based design studio Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects (SAOTA) have designed the Montrose project. Completed in 2010, the stunning contemporary property can be found in Bishopscourt, South Africa. The home was built on a demolition site of a previous residence, and is covered in polished granite floors throughout the entire dwelling, using absolutely no carpet. Bodies of water, both small and large are also scattered throughout the property adding another touch of luxury living.
