Robert Rodriguez Confirms 'Fire And Ice' Will Follow Sin City Sequel

Robert Rodriguez has added a third film to his busy directing slate. Rodriguez told The Hollywood Reporter that he will be directing Fire & Ice after he's done with Machete Kills and Sin City: A Dame to Kill For. The film will be an animated remake of the 1983 film, which was directed by Ralph Bakshi and based on the famous work of fantasy artist Frank Frazetta. "That's in the works to go right into after Sin City, Frank Frazetta's Fire and Ice," Rodriguez said. "We're almost done with the script, we've got it pretty much 70 percent there -- I'm really excited about that one... I think the timing is going to work out just right and we'll have a finished script in the next month or so."  First up is Machete Kills, after which will come the other two.
