Visitors to the 2012 Beijing International Auto Show will no doubt take notice of CH-Auto's Lithia sports car concept. The
sharply styled prototype that comes with a hint of Audi R8 on its
profile makes use of an electric motor fed by a set of lithium-ion
batteries, said to offer a maximum driving range of around 150
kilometers (93 miles). Just
in case you're wondering, CH-Auto is an automotive R&D service
company that was founded in China in 2003. Since 2010, its design
division is headed by former GM design manager Dan Darancou who had
worked on several GM projects in the past including the Buick Invicta
concept.
