"Toyota Camette" Toy Car Unveiled
Toyota
revealed today at the 2012 International Tokyo Toy Show the Camette
concept, which comes in two versions: the Sora and the Daichi. Toyota's
Camette includes a range of family-oriented concept vehicles, which will
never make it into production. The purpose of these vehicles is to
promote the carmaker to the future generation of drivers. The Camette is
able to offer children a chance to get familiar with the workings of
motor vehicles. The concepts feature removable body panels, which enable
a wide range of customizations, which come in various designs. To
maximize the interaction between parents and
children, the Camette was designed with a 1+2 seating configuration. The
seats are positioned in a triangular shape, to create a more intimate
space. The seats and pedals of the Camette are fully adjustable to
enable kids to reach them and to drive the car. Parents are also capable to assists their kids when
they're having trouble steering or braking.
