The Quadski, a one-person motor boat that also drives on land, is being
billed as the first high-speed, mass-produced amphibious vehicle by its
makers, Michigan-based Gibbs Technologies. The vehicle is capable of traveling at 45 mph both on land and in the water. It's scheduled to go on sale
for around $40,000.
