OMEGA Speedmaster Grey Side Of The Moon "Meteorite"

Omega’s Grey Side of the Moon series welcomes a new addition to the range with a “Meteorite” edition of the iconic watch. Consisting of a grey ceramic case and 18k Sedna gold bezel, the watch’s most defining feature is its meteorite dial, with slices excavated from Gibeon fragments found in Namibia. Renowned for its formation of nickel-iron crystals, commonly referred to as Widmanstätten patterns, this meteorite specifically has been coveted by jewelry makers the world over. The watch will be making its premiere at this year’s iteration of Baselworld and, following its presentation there, will be made available in stores this June. (highsnobiety)
