New details have emerged regarding Capcom’s latest Zombie-fest Resident Evil 6. Amongst the tid-bits of information, (like the timeframe being 2013) it seems the game will be set in China, America and even Eastern Europe, with the story following three protagonists – Chris Redfield, Leon Kennedy, and a third unidentified man. "Chris Redfield continues the fight against bioterrorism as the leader of the BSAA, although it was only six months ago that Chris experienced a personal trauma, but in spite of this he has rejoined his BSAA colleagues to defend a coastal town called Lanshiang in China from a bioterrorist attack. A new enemy called J’avo is connected to the attack, which was named by the BSAA after the Serbian word for ‘demon’. "The J’avo still exhibit certain human elements – such as the ability to understand speech, work together as a group and use weapons – but they are also incredibly aggressive and a number of their actions have regressed to pure instinct. " Players should be warned that the J’avo is able to regenerate itself, but if it sustains major damage then it will mutate the affected body parts into a number of varied forms, meaning players will have to come up with new strategies and adapt to each situation in order to defeat the J’avo in every encounter. Capcom are making the zombies a tad more intelligent this time around, as they’ll be able to jump, run and even use certain weapons against you. Running zombies that use weapons sounds as if it would add a higher level of difficulty to the game, but fear not as Capcom confirms that we’ll be able to move while shooting in Resident Evil 6. Players will also be able to take cover, slide and roll. Resident Evil 6 launches on November 20 worldwide for PS3 and 360, although the PC version doesn’t have a release date yet.
