Mühle-Glashütte Teutonia Sport I
With Baselworld a month away, Mühle-Glashütte has just unveiled one of
their pre-show novelties—introducing the Mühle-Glashütte Teutonia Sport
I. Measuring 42.6mm with a thickness of 15.5mm, it’s sized like a
contemporary sports chronograph. The stainless steel case features a mix
of brushed and polished surfaces topped with a bi-directional bezel and
a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating. To drive home the automotive theme, the case features stopwatch-like
pusher buttons, with the start-stop button at two boasting a red accent
ring. The dial is black and has applied indices and is bordered by a
red-on-black tachymeter scale. The three sub-dials at 12, nine and six
feature light-grey borders, giving them some separation from the rest of
the dial. Right off four is a matching date window. The hands are broad
swords, filled with Super-LumiNova at the center. Red accents are
carried over to the chronograph hands on the two totalizers at 12 and
six and to the central stop-second hand. Powering the watch is Mühle’s MU 9413 automatic caliber, a rebadged
Sellita SW 500 with quite a bit of modification by the brand. There’s a
Glashütte three-quarter plate, a custom rotor, and the brand’s patented woodpecker neck regulation. The Teutonia Sport I comes on a waterproof leather/rubber strap with a branded steel pin buckle. (wornandwound)

Pagani's New Huayra Roadster Revealed
Pagani has revealed a new roadster variant of its Huayra hypercar and
it is every bit as beautiful as the hardtop that precedes it. The
company has also managed to make the car lighter than the hardtop model,
an impressive feat of engineering, which tends to be the other way
around. It also happens to be more rigid than the hardtop model and it
receives the lightweight suspension and transmission components from the
Huayra BC. Power comes from Pagani's AMG-sourced twin-turbo V12
that produces 764-hp and 738 lb-ft of torque. As for the top, you can
select from two different types: a carbon fiber and glass roof or a
fabric soft top. Just 100 Huayra Roadsters will be built, with each one costing from €2,280,000. (Acquire)
