Harley-Davidson Speed Racer

The Harley-Davidson Sportster is the company’s best-selling and longest-running model, so you’re bound to find them absolutely everywhere. You’ll also find them with every imaginable conversion and customization. This one takes its cue from cartoons with a Speed Racer makeover that makes it look like the Mach 5. According to Silodrome, it was designed by JSK Custom Design. The front and back end of this Harley-Davidson are from a Ducati 916. What stands out most is all the custom metalwork. It was carved from wood and then carefully fitted before then being done in sheet metal. (more)

Swedish hardcore punks Refused are streaming a new song called ”Françafrique,” and you can check it out below. “Françafrique” comes from the bands upcoming album Freedom, which is set to be released on June 30th via Epitaph Records. Freedom marks Refused’s first new material since their seminal 1998 album, The Shape Of Punk To Come.

Zagato Maserati Mostro

Take a look at Zagato Maserati Mostro. Designed as a tribute to their 1957 Maserati 450S ‘il Mostro’, it makes sense that the new version is also made for the track but legal for the street. An all carbon fiber body is moved forward by a V-8 mated to a semi-automatic 6 speed transmission. Suspending all of this get up and go is accomplished via a dual wishbone set-up along with 19 inch wheels. Only five examples of the new Zagato Mostro will be built, and according to the company, all deliveries will be finalized before December 2015.

High On Fire – "The Black Plot" (New Song)

California heavy rockers High On Fire will release their new album, "Luminiferous", on June 23 via eOne Music. Recorded at Salem, Massachusetts' GodCity Studios with producer Kurt Ballou, the CD is the follow-up to the group's 2012 release, "De Vermis Mysteriis", an album hailed as "not for the faint of heart " by The New Yorker and "a fantastically constructed bloodbath" by Entertainment Weekly. The first new music from "Luminiferous", a song called "The Black Plot", can be streamed using the SoundCloud widget below.
