IWC Releases Its First Ceratanium Watch

For the 50th Anniversary of the Aquatimer, IWC is debuting a brand new titanium-based case material called Ceratanium. In development for more than five years, the material has the lightweight qualities of titanium and the hardness and scratch resistance of ceramic while also having a high skin tolerance level and corrosion resistance. The 49mm case houses an in-house automatic movement that features a perpetual calendar, chronograph functionality, a flyback, a 68 hour power reserve and also has a mechanical external and internal rotating bezel with SafeDive system. Other details include convex sapphire crystal with antireflective treatment on both sides, a black rubber strap, and IWC's quick-change strap system. Mastodon Share New Song “Toe To Toes"

Mastodon shares the new song "Toe to Toes" from their upcoming EP Cold Dark Place. The song was recorded during sessions for the band's latest album Emperor of Sand and was produced by Brendan O'Brien. Check out the new song below. Cold Dark Place comes out digitally and on CD Sept. 22 via Reprise Records. A limited-edition ten-inch vinyl picture disc release will follow on Oct. 27.

Magnet Releasing has just unveiled a new trailer for Blade of the Immortal, the 100th film from iconic director Takashi Miike (Audition, 13 Assassins). Written and directed by Miike, the epic fantasy film is is based on Hiroaki Samura’s Japanese manga series Blade Of The Immortal. Blade of the Immortal will be released on November 3rd.
