Gerber Flatiron Folding Knife

The cleaver is a trusted tool by both butchers and those who need a blade that’s a bit more robust. The rectangular hatchet shape allows for more than simple slicing and dicing. The Gerber Flatiron is bringing that cleaver mentality to your everyday carry, as it’s both a folding pocket knife and a cleaver. The 3.8″ blade provides for plenty of cutting power. A framelock keeps the blade in place and a textured handle makes for a sturdy grip. You can pick up this knife in April for $39.

Bugatti Type 57 T Concept

The Type 57 and the Atlantic body style in particular had a huge influence on automotive design. This Bugatti Type 57 T Concept from designer Arthur B. Nustas celebrates this history by updating it for the modern age. Intact are the two-tone paint schemes, dorsal seam, and high-quality interior that the company is known for, combined with an elongated body, c-shaped doors, and driver-focused cockpit. Sadly just a concept for now, although Bugatti has plenty of time to hire Nustas and create the real thing before the 57's 100th anniversary in 2034. (uncrate)

The company’s second project of 2018 is dubbed “Project Pony” it will be a recreation of the Ferrari 412. The 412 was one of the first models from the automaker to offer automatic transmission which launched in 1985. While only 576 units were created, the car’s initial debut didn’t gain much traction leading to very few owners. Today, it’s one of the most sought-after models in the collector world. At the request of the client, the company will rebody the Ferrari GTC4Lusso using retro carbon-fiber bodywork on the GTC4’s chassis while maintaining the 412’s all-wheel drivetrain and V12 engine. The reworked 412 expects to transmit power through a seven-speed dual-clutch gearbox and will be priced around $875,000 USD. (hypebeast)
