Shun Higo Nokami Gentleman’s Knife
Considered the first Japanese pocket knife, with a design that dates
back over 150 years, this Higo Nokami personal gentleman's knife was
first used by Japanese business men as a fruit and cheese knife, but
today is considered the perfect personal steak knife. Its high-carbon
stain-resistant "super steel" blade slices efficiently and retains a
sharp edge, while the razor edge offers the cleanest cut possible,
providing superior texture and flavor from steak. This personal folding
steak knife measures 7 inches total and should be washed by hand.
Accessories include a protective leather sheath for safety and a black
lacquer presentation box.
