'The Vault' Trailer

When two estranged sisters have no choice but to rob a bank in order to save their brother, the heist appears to be going smoothly until a bank manager, played by James Franco, sends the band of misfits down to a vault in the basement for the “real money.” However, once making their way into the safe, the criminal collective quickly learns there is no cash to be found, as they are now not alone and being chased by something that is pure evil. Courtesy of director Dan Bush (The Signal), The Vault pits Franco alongside Taryn Manning, Francesca Eastwood and Scott Haze in a tale of all-out horror that is set to arrive in theaters and on demand September 1. Singer Track 1 Chronograph

Singer Vehicle Design is launching a new brand called Singer Reimagined and they've taken their love for chronographs and created the Track1, a modern take on the designs from the '60s and '70s. Rather than place a set of subregisters along the dial, the Track1 puts the chronograph functionality front and center to make it easier to read. A great watch isn't a great watch without a solid movement. The watch is using an AgenGraphe movement, an ultra high-end caliber that took 10 years of development an consists of 447 parts and has a power reserve of 60 hours. The watch is surrounded by a 43mm grade 5 titanium case that's complemented with both a sapphire crystal on the front and back. Completing the look is a calf leather strap with brushed grade 5 titanium screw down rivets, and a grade 5 titanium pin buckle. (acquire)

Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercar

Although it's still under development — the company says it's "95% of the way there" with the exterior — the latest Aston Martin Valkyrie Hypercar images are worth a look. The current design, developed in collaboration with Red Bull Racing, is heavily influenced by aerodynamics, with features like full-length Venturi tunnels, a teardrop-shaped cockpit, and openings in the body surface between the cockpit and front wheel arches which provide added downforce. Inside, the two seats are mounted directly to the tub in an F1-style "feet up" position, while nearly all the controls are mounted on the removable steering wheel, on either side of the embedded OLED display that serves as instrumentation. No release date has yet been set. (Uncrate)

Nike Cortez Flyknit

As a celebration of the 45th anniversary of the beginning of the Nike Cortez line, this classic silhouette is getting a modern upgrade in the new Nike Cortez Flyknit Sneaker. The Cortez was originally released in 1972. It was Nike’s first track shoe and soon became a brand leader. The Flyknit forgoes the traditional nylon and leather uppers of the Cortez line and replaces it with a lightweight, ultra-breathable synthetic material. The ankle gives a more sock-like appearance. This sleek track-ready shoe retains the iconic form but has eliminated the old sharktooth outsole for a modern, enhanced look that is padded for extra cushioning. It is presented in two colorways. There is the OG white/red/blue combination paying tribute to the Nike’s worn by Forrest Gump in the eponymous movie, and a classic black/white option. Both feature a retro looking Swoosh while the toecap and side panels have been reworked.
